TRANSFORMATIONAL COACHING

Mostly in society there is more emphasis in using the left side of the brain. We usually live from logic and reason and don’t allow ourselves to experience our emotions. During the transformational coaching sessions we will encourage you to be present and allow yourself to experience your emotions.
